Finally last week we finished painting in the master bath. I think that'll be it for the painting for awhile. I still want to do the dining room, but I might hold off until we replace the furniture. Shocker, I know.
Anyway, the color turned out to be very nice - it's the same light purple that is in the bedroom. We're both very happy with how it turned out.
So we've been focusing more on the back yard. Our neighbors on either side are very happy with the work we've done. It seems they loved the previous owner, but didn't love the lack of work in the back yard. Brad has done an incredible job trimming away dead and overgrown limbs and branches. What a manly-man!! We bought a fire pit on Sunday and have spent some time doing some burning. It's nice to finally be able to spend some time outside and enjoy it!
Oh, and we have two rose bushes in the front yard. Cool, huh? Last night I cut a couple of pink ones to put in a vase. They look so pretty.
